Bazaar Samiti kahan delivery karta hai?
Hum Bihar-based farm-direct business hain। ज्यादातर products Bihar के शहरों में deliver होते हैं, और जहाँ logistics allow करती है वहाँ Pan-India भी। Delivery availability अपने PIN code से Shop page पर तुरंत check कर सकते हैं — order करने से पहले।
Milk subscription सिर्फ कहाँ available है?
Fresh cow milk subscription सिर्फ Darbhanga city और उसके ~10km surrounding area में available है — यह एक location-based product है, Pan-India offering नहीं।
Order करने से पहले product का origin कैसे पता चलेगा?
हर product page पर उसका origin district (जैसे Bhagalpur, Muzaffarpur, Madhubani-Darbhanga) और honest per-kg/per-litre price कार्ट में डालने से पहले ही दिखाया जाता है — कोई hidden markup या invented discount नहीं।

No — only products carrying a GI badge have Geographical Indication registration. We make no organic or GI claim without proof.
Payments & Refunds
What payment methods are available?
UPI, debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard), and Cash on Delivery (COD) — where available — are all supported. Milk subscription is billed from a prepaid wallet, on actual delivered quantity.
How do I cancel or return an order?
Perishable items cannot be returned after delivery — report within 24 hours with a photo. Packaged goods window is 48 hours. Full details on

How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are typically credited to your Bazaar Samiti wallet within 24-48 hours. Original payment method refunds can take 5-7 business days.

Milk subscription pause या cancel कर सकते हैं?
हाँ, Account page से कभी भी pause या cancel कर सकते हैं। सिर्फ already-delivered deliveries का charge लगता है — future paused या cancelled deliveries के लिए कोई charge नहीं।
Account बनाना ज़रूरी है order करने के लिए?
General product orders के लिए account optional है, लेकिन milk subscription, wallet balance, और order history track करने के लिए account बनाना ज़रूरी है —
